polo wiring loom

hey guys quick question for you all, my g/fs cars reversing lights are out, and a friend of the familys a vw mech, and he said we need a new wiring loom due to some switch being broke, or find a wirlingloom and take this ???? switch off it, any way would any of you know how much this would be forgot to ask him,

also wot price would you put up for sale
a
1.2 s 52 polo with about 30k on the clock with full service history oh and in black

you need to take the connector off there will be a vw part number on it go to vw get new connector with the wires that go in it will cost around 4quid
then joint it to whats left of loom on your car
