Just been relieved of £213 for the first long life service on my Polo GT. I can't believe the price, its a 1.9 diesel engine, not exactly a rare and tricky piece of engineering!
How much have you paid for servicing? I'll be trying my nearest Seat dealer next I think!

I had my first service just over a year ago (Dec '05) after about 20K on my GT. I rang up my local VW dealer for a price, think they said around £250 for longlife. I then rang my local VAG specialist (Midland VW, good lads, defo know what they are doing, and are VAG approved) and got it done for £165.
I would'nt take it to dealer just because they are such a rip off, but then I'm lucky I live near to VAG specialist, who can also stamp your book with VW stamp.
