no i havent. best bet is to actually go down to the offices in person. i was on the verge of doing that recently as i ordered and paid for wheels. a week later i was told he couldnt get them so i asked for a refund.
7 days later nothing. aparently the online transfer takes a few days.
10 days later i rang up a few times got told a load of rubbish how it was the banks fault. then cash would be in my account the next day
14 days later still no money.
then eventually after ignoring calls all weekend, i had 3 other people leave him messages on his phone saying that he better pay me my money.
this morning it showed in my account

this is a guy who runs a company and has a reputation on forums! i know exactly how you feel. i was about to jump in my car and take a 200 mile trip to his office and scare him

Edworthy's i suppose this doesn't have to be the one located in my home town of Aylesbury?!

After what happen to my mate and his M3 i would not recommend them!

My friend arrange to have some audio equipment fitted (sub, amp - usual toys for the boot). Dropped the car off and warned them about mounting items in the boot as the petrol tank is located in there.

They mounted n fitted all the equipment, picked the car up - strong smell of petrol on the way home and found they had mounted the amp to the petrol tank

What a bunch of cowboys

Too right! I'd get trading standards involved anyhow because of the poor treatment. Hes gotta be breaking a fair few trading laws - your rights for one!
