Might be worth checking if there's a part number on any invoices/emails from POTN or on the actual shocks themselves.
i have this number on my invoice aswell as on the box in which my suspension came in, but the rear shocks are wrong by a long shot, im now gonna go to trading standards as they are refusing a refund aswell as an exchange, they want me to pay an extra £40 for new shocks and pay delivery for them as well as postage for the old ones to go back, i have spent a fortune getting the suspension put on the off again then old shocks on and now they want the full kit back so it will have to come off again x

Yeah they wont be able to do that. They arent as described i.e 60mm drop and they aint fit for purpose as they are potentiolly dangerous. Also I take it you didnt go into a shop to buy these, which means you should be covered by the distance selling regulations, which basically means you have some extra rights and depending on certain factors you may still have rights to cancel the contrat you have with them completely. Off topic now but didn't you used to have a white car? or am I losing it?

im taking my car though to a company that has been working with PI for over 7 years, he called on my behalf and pi have asked him to look at my car and see what the problem is, if there is a problem which there clearly is then they will send me new shocks, no apology or nothing, so i will keep use updated tomorrow with how it goes.

Yes i use to have a white polo but its now down in Oxford to a new owner, no doubt he will have pictures up soon as he had a lot planned for it x
