Revs going up a tiny bit when idle

Hi, prob a small thing but ive noticed when im not moving and the engine is on the revs are at the bottom, and about every 10 secs or so the rev metre goes up a tiny bit and u can also hear the engine go up too. Is this normal? Thanks

Try cleaning the throttle body
