Hi guys I may have sourced a new boot lid for my poor polo after it was struck by a chav wielding a sharp key, has anyone ever done this before? is it easy? and most importantly do you know where the connectors are to disconnect the wires that run into the car?

I posted this in the gti section as well but realised that its more likely mk5 owners have done it to get the gti spoiler / brake light
