Coilovers "Knocking"

Hey guys, recently I've noticed my coilovers making "knocking" noises a lot more than usual, when reversing and doing tight turns. Before I'd only get an occasional "clunk" when doing such manevours (sp?). Is this a cause for concern. If it's any help its a set of Konigsports which are around 2 years old almost

i get a speak when i turn full lock, hate it. But sorry i have not had any clonks, but it could well be the springs twisting.
