Toyo T1-R

Post by SimonCorrigan »

Had 4 of the Toyo T1-R fitted to my car last week and they are fantastic in both the dry and the wet. Have a feeling they won't last long!

Just stuck some Pirelli P-Zero's on mine, probably not the best tyre I could of gone for but one of the best on a budget, £75 each fitted. Not bad atall and pleased so far :D

Hi Can you let me know how good these are in the wet. I too have continental sport contacts fitted just now a bit noisy but fantastic grip wet and dry once 1000 miles had been put on them managed 34k on the front but almost on the wear indicator and I am looking to replace got qted 200 for conti sport contacts 2 seeing as mine the 1 type now obselete. I have had pirelli p6000's before and they were great dry but a bit dodgy when wet, however I had a blow out doing 90mph and they hold the road great I thought a crisp bag had popped till I let go of the wheel and the car started to turn right. So on a safety front they were brilliant. Cheers in advance Sandy
