Fitting mk4 6n rear lights onto mk5 6n2

Hi people, I’m fairly new the forum and am starting to mod my polo mk5 6n2 (will load some pics on soon). I’ve just ordered a set of rear black led lights for the mk4 6n however my car is a mk5 6n2 I have had a search for a guide to altering them but can only find guides for fitting mk5 lights onto a mk4 and I want to fit mk4 lights onto a mk5 can anyone help please ???

Are they Black Hella leds? if so it's pretty easy I believe. Mk4 lights can be fitted to the mk5 just wont fit very well though!

yes they are the black hella led's i am aware that they wont fit properly but does anyone know how to re-wire them for a 6n2 ?
