Recomend a Paintshop?

Can anyone recomend a good Paint shop, that will smooth the number place recess on an 8 valve front bumper and paint it? Obviosuly i don't want to be driving 100's of miles. Sheffield, lincoln, Notts, say a 60 mile radious from mansfield.
