149 bhp @ wheels
174 bhp @ flywheel

seems about right ish for stage 1, apr and revo tend to produce nearer 190 bhp with stage 1, but thats only like just over 10 more

it can be a whole range of things, such as humidity, engine heat soak from running on idle, conditions on the day, poor cool air being blown on the car to simulate driving etc

You can post a/f and boost plot? Should be one if been on RR...

What gear is that one run you show.... and how many runs did they do ??

You come over sometime and we take a look at what the car is doing..

What fuel you running ?? Min 98 required for good results, and ideally 99 ron from Tesco.

Also... what else was on the rolling road... what results did they get ?? So we can compare... different RR read all sorts of differing figures...

Dumping any amount of air can loose you big power.... it upsets the ecu no end... I have had to put standard DV back on loads of 1.8T... just to get them to work properly... soo as you start dumping air... you get error logged N249 boost control mechanical malfunction..

Like I say.. you should come over so we can look more deeply...

Check out your torque... you make best part of (220lbs ft) 300NM... nothing wrong with that...

Jason how much it hurt your pocket if you invested in a rolling road of your own as then customers can see your results for themselfs plain andsimple as your results are really good from what iv seen my car doing up agaisnt mk4 golf gti and civic type R's quite scary how it holds its own agasint them. when i 1st got the map done on the way home i was hasslin TT's so thats something 8)

Harnz... its an idea for the future ;-)

But for the moment... It hurt my pocket too much...ou know how expensive they are.. BIG MONEY...

If I get Rolling Road then everything must sell for £400 minimum... you the customer has to pay for it...

Or we keep overheads down to a minimum and charge crazy low prices..... current economic climate... I choose the crazy prices.... I think the next few years will be difficult to survive for any one in business... I intend to come out the other side... lol

Cheers Harnz and Whitegtipolo ;-)
