Removing of Back Wiper

Hi all

Wondering if anyone can help.

I have a back wiper but i would like to remove it.

Whats the best way of doing it?

Could i take the wiper off and replace it with a gromit?????

Yup u can replace with a 25mm grommit from halfords...did mine yesterday following Tim's guide in the DIY section.

Its really easy and wont take you long at all. Tidy's up the back of the polo nicely

In Halfords they do a pack with a single gromit or a triple pack, get the single (25mm I think)
I had to go back becuase none in the triple pack fitted

I've been with a few mates whilst buying them, and the triple pack used to cost less than the single pack!

Yh thats tru, but the triple packs dont have the 25mm size in them so none of them will fit the hole properly. Better of paying abit more for the single 25mm grommit as this way u are sure there will be no leaks.

I meant the other triple packs. Where you could buy 3 25mm grommets for under £1. They cost over that for one now!
