Right side bud. Its like u pull the top down, then its on the right handside. Its hard work tho!

or where exactly i stick my hand?

sorry to drag up an old thread but im at the point where i need to thread my power cable through from the cockpit to the engine bay. ive heard removing the glove is a right ball ache..can somebody confirm? thanks

just remove the trim on the inside of the car, pull the carpets back and then the insulation. You're on a hiding to nowhere by trying to reach up and grab it, best to remove the stuff in the way first so you can see the metal of the car bulkhead and it'll be less stressful and save time. Removing it might take 10 minutes but it's quicker than faffing around IMO.
