just had my milltek fitted :D:D love it. quick question

its getting quite hot and is high against the bumper, has anyone had trouble with it melting the bumper at all?


and my clutch is slipping, i need a new one, I'm on revo stage 1, would anyone recommend an uprated clutch??

Hi mate if you get a chance could you get a vIdeo up of what it sounds like with just a cat back?.. Every video I find is of a full turbo back system!

i will probably do another video tomorrow cause my camera was too close and you can't hear it too well. its a bit deeper than standard and the bore on it is massive lol! this is a resonated system so it is quieter and its just what I'm looking for :)

sachs do an uprated clutch mate well they did for my 1.9 tdi so im guessing you should be ok to get another sachs one of them! feels like the stock clutch too :)

I have the Miltek and yes the top of my recess has melted slightly, havnt got round to doing anything about it.

i would recommend upgrading the clutch.
stock you have a duall mass flywheel wich is... rubbish
so better get a single mass fly from a G60, it's a bit lighter but you can make it even lighter if you want to.
most people i know who did this made it about 7 - 8Kg.
as for clutch, put something in that can handle the power, easy as that :D

This is the one I got when my clutch started slipping, with the Lightweight 14lb flywheel
