Well ive got camber adjustments on my front coilovers and ive adjusted them from -0.5 negative camber (Standard) to -2 negative camber :) you can just about see the difference but i did feel it alot more stable in the corners! I would defiantly recommend camber to anyone who can get it.

I'll get one up Monday if I remember :) tyres are fine, I got new tyres begining of September and I had the wheels off today and the tread is perfectly even :) very happy with camber.

Still don't know how the shims work though... Anyone know that?

they fit between the drum or disc and the rear beam, they just push put the bottom of the drum or disc and the stub axel hence 'leaning' the wheel into the centre of the car.
i ran around 3.5 deg with a 1.5 deg shim and two extra washers on the bottom two screws

Sorry I forgot to upload some pics. They aren't amazing because I have no poke on the wheels :/ But I hope you get the idea :) The camber is set at 2.5 degrees negative i think :)
