Nice one Joe
not seen this done before on a Polo
I never rated the OEM Clutch in mine, seemed to be difference everytime I drove the car
The sach clutch felt much better and far smoother too

I still had problems after replacing my clutch with a sachs! I thought for the fiver it cost it was worth a try!
In other news, wheels should be refurbed within the next two weeks!

Did you ever try doing the cable before hand?
I did mine and it made no difference really. It's consistent now (used to go jerky when it rained), but still feels heavy.

Ummm i basically went at it with a DA and 120 grit for ages. Getting the pitting out is the hardest bit. After that work up the grades so 400,600,800 wet 1200 wet and 1500 wet. Should only use polisher and autosol when there are no major scratches left and you can practically see your reflection.
It's taking a while, hope to have fin by tomorrow though
