Cant remember, but it was over £100
Get another seat from a scrapyard, and swap the fabric/foam across if its got a busted frame/base.

All good cheers Joe. Sorry - been a while since I have had the time to come on here!! Hows things with you?
Ed 30 has been fully detailed since my last visit, and the mk2 has yet again broken in various ways but given its age and mileage, its almost to be expected in some instances
Mk2 now has a full G60 front brake setup, and a rather large uprated master cylinder for the best performance. Its now wearing a set of refurbed rx2s (i seem to have endless sets!). Looking pretty tidy to be honest
Ill get some new pics up soon when I get a chance, but needless to say both are looking very fresh.
Heres one of the Ed30 after it was cleaned

Ah no worries Alex was just interested in how things were coming along! The GTI is going strong ( for now at least). I presume you did the detail yourself? really looks very smart.

Ah fair man.
No i didn't do the detail myself - I had a friend do it as I haven't really got the time on my hands at the moment to spend detailing, plus i was at the time a little low on detailing supplies.
@ben Not much more to be honest. In fact, I don't think I have done anything more since the R32 front brakes. To be honest, it goes like a rocket and looks great as it is.
Only thing I did change was the rear pads as they were low
Is it bad I keep getting tempted to get rid of the Mk2 and get another Mk5 Polo GTI as a run around
