I have been lurking round these forums for a long while, ever since I received my GTi. Given to me as a 21st birthday present, I'm very grateful for my parents haha! So here it is.
I have had it 2 and a half months now, and loving every minute of it.
Mods done so far include a GTI footrest, Bi-xenon headlights including 6000k bulbs and integrated LED DRL's, RCD 310 unit changed for an RCD 510 unit, parrot Bluetooth (prefer over factory), GTI numberplate holders, GTi wing badges from 6C GTi, all LED interior lights, LED number plate lights, RED gti badge on the back, EPC essing tuning tune box programmed specifically to the car. I would like to have autolights and rear and front footwell lights but I'm not confident enough with electrics to perform the installation and it seems like a lot of faff for something so trivial

I have also had OEM cruise control, rear parking sensors and MFSW buttons installed.other plans could be possibly wrapping the side skirts in gloss black vinyl, along with the roof and the mirrors, or maybe carbon effect. what do you guys think? The only thing i wish it had was the Shadow monza's because i think they look better, although they are quite a lot harder to maintain and are a nightmare if you are to scrape them
