I am a bit confused. I have steering wheel without buttons, just like this one:

And I want buttons on the left (I have LHD):

Do I need new airbag? They both looks the same.

Looking at the installation guide it shows about wires going to the light control switch.. is this something I need?

Yes, two wires.

And im guessing the "blue and red" wires in the guide are just standard wire.. nothing fancy.
