Deactivate ESC or full "ESP"

Hello

Does anyone know if it possible to deactivate the ESC?
I found this video of a Golf, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cvkb7ico-P4 but cant seem to find anything on the Polo 6R or 6C

I'm sorry but full ESP disable is not possible with ESP8.2i. It's only possible with ESP9.0i, change byte 16 to HEX 15.

Hi iichel. sorry if its out of topic. With more functions being introduced with newer esp/abs unit, i think sooner or later i might be considering upgrading the unit. but the question now, how exhaustive is the process to change the module? if im not mistaken, u have done it.

it's not very difficult. you need to remove the physical unit, so disconnect the bolts that hold it and the brake lines. then lift it out, connect the new one and code it.
