You have a point. I thought the same so i have to try. I will start with t8f/ 1 3 4 , No7 goes to fuel tank cap and No5 is the safe lock.

Another question is the resistor that should be placed to the unlock trigger, i read that is about 180Ω. Is this right ?

I don't know to be honest. You could try to find the right wire. measure the resistance go GND and measure it, while you rotate the key in the unlocking cylinder.

Is that kit not straight plug and play? I’d also like to fit the same to my 2011 Polo 6R1. Please let me know if anyone has had any success with the right click kit and if there is any step by steps.

Sorry to revive an old thread. But i'm trying to get this installed on my 2012 6R Polo. just to test it, i ran the power and ground on the module via the 12v socket and was able to get it operate and located the blue wire to lock and unlock signal. However, to permenantly install it I just have no idea which one is always live wire and where can I connect earth? I removed the drivers side kick plate and the bonnet release lever and that plastic panel there. I then located a big punch of wires but I have no idea which is permenant live.

Can anyone please help?

Thanks
