Found on the Polo 6R / 6C forum

What are the differences between the encodings? 🤔

The second motor changed (6R0959801CG) the mirrors close from the remote control, but the problem with the windows persisted

Window switch up - windows down

Window switch down - windows up

closing the car with the remote control, the windows open, the mirrors close

when opening the car with the remote control, the windows close, the mirrors open

Cyclo you have Schematics ele. polo 6C 2015/2016 to compare Polo / Ibiza motor wiring / window switch?

Standard Ibiza / Polo diagrams

However, in order for the mirrors to close from the remote control / joystick, I had to change the T16i / 15 <--> T16i / 14, 16i / 14 <--> T16 / 15.

The mirrors now close and open with the remote control / joystick

What to change in the window wiring?

You must learn how to code with the info that I have shown you in the previous message.

sorry to give you an answer so late.
The solution was to rewrite the left door coding to right and right to left :)

Next thing ....
I bought an MFSW from a Leon 5F.
want to do MFSW in my ibiz 6j PQ25.
How to encode Pilot 4B, correctly connect and encode MFSW so that everything works properly?

In response to your private message:

There are various models of MFSW depending on the equipment of the vehicle, please show us the new steering wheel you have purchased (MQB) and your current steering wheel (PQ25).
Depending on this we can find out to what extent it will be possible for everything to work properly.

Well, I don't have any kind of experience with that 4B module (I think remember iichel did some testing with this module on his vw cars).
I guess you should unmount it and remove it from the GW install list to avoid conflicts with the new buttons of the new MFSW.

I'm also assuming you need to provide a new power supply (+15) and a new communication/wire LIN (doors LIN, T73b/17) to the new buttons, also the ground/earth obviously. This process is explained here in the forum for VW POLO 6R (BCM PQ25).

Once this is done, the BCM will recognize the new multifunction buttons as a subsystem (J453, MFL), which must be coded according to equipment (post an autoscan).

From (4B E440, CAN lines)...

To (J453, LIN) ...

Hi, worth a shot to ask even if it's an old thread, did you managed to make it work? I'm thinking to do the same. Thanks!

What I'm not clear on is if the trip computer will work from the wheel right MFSW because in stock it's connected directly with 3 wires from the right stalk to the Instrument Cluster...

I'll summarize it for you:
You cannot have the trip computer buttons in both places at the same time -MFSW and Right Stalk-, generates electronic bugs and consequently blocking the buttons for the trip computer in the MFSW.

As you say, from the right stalk there are three communication wires with the IC ('direct' communication), however with the MFSW the communication for the trip computer (and the other buttons) is through a LIN wire that communicates first with the BCM->GW, and these are responsible for sending the communication signals for the trip computer to the IC through the original CAN lines (powertrain or extended -depending on the equipment level-, which is not to be taken into account for this).

Therefore, if you install an MFSW correctly (with the communication LIN wire) the right stalk should not have the trip computer buttons (or at least not have the three wires connected to the IC).

Obviously, the new MFSW must be compatible with PQ25 (for SEAT I don't know which ones are compatible)...

Thanks for the reply, as far as I know Ibiza only started to offer MFSW from 2016 and by then I think that's MQB platform but I found one post on another place that states:
Hi,
if someone is interrested about MFSW for Ibiza 6J, I have tried new style steering wheel and its working fine in Ibiza 6J PQ25 platform with factory installed BCM 6R0937087H. Buttons backlight is working too.

You need to

1. replace only theese parts:

5f0880201J AAP / 6f0880201J AAP - airbag and mf buttons cable (orange)
7n5419091D - steering wheel

2. add two wires to steering wheel coil for 12V and LIN BUS

3. connect 12V cable to 12V from ignition switch [EASY]
and LIN-BUS cable to BCM [HARD JOB because there is little space arund the BCM under steering wheel]

4. remove original multi function module otherwise radio is possible to control only via multifunction module.

5. VCDS coding to enable MFSW

There are too much installation manuals for POLO 6R which have similar bcm and mf coil so it isnt needed write wirring installation manual in this thread.
7n5419091D is Alhambra 2016>>2013 and for Ibiza would be 5F0419091(x) so I think that the Ibiza one will also work.

I have an Ibiza ST 6J8 2011 Ecomotive with Start/Stop and 6R0937088D BCM (higher than 6R0937087H from the post).

So... assuming that an Ibiza/ Leon/ Alhambra 2016>> steering wheel will work... I'll have to replace the right stalk with one without trip buttons (I have the original one because I myself retrofitted the trip computer after I bought the car) and also remove the Ibiza default MFSW stalk from the left side under the steering wheel and also remove it from the CAN Gateway Installation list so it will not conflict with the new wheel. Run the Lin wire to the BCM and +12v for the backlight in the wheel.

Will see if I can source a wheel and airbag and wire at a acceptable price in case this will not work... :D
