Immobiliser blocking start
I had this problem a few times in recent months and decided to examine the instrument cluster for any dry joints. On removal and inspection of the cluster I could not see anything obvious but re-flowed the rightmost joints on the PCB data connector and some of the leftmost side too. Of course, the immobiliser had reset in the meantime. Will update if the problem recurs.

Re: Immobiliser blocking start
if spare key not working = you have that issue always
not just few times what you said - always
immo (ecu + cluster) is working ok
