I’m looking for some advice, I have a Polo GTI 2012 that’s on 74k, when I drive my polo in the mornings the car jolts when shifting this goes all the way up to 3dr gear once the car and box get warm it doesn’t do it any longer.
Stuff I have done
(I have Full vag coms available to me)
1) just a full vehicle scan and found nothing then I also done a separate scan on the 02 transmission
2) I carried out a basic setting/adaptions on the biting point and again this didn’t seem to help
3) I found a forum online for the k1 and k2 clutch pack specs and from what i was going off the car is well in spec not to need a clutch pack
4) I went into the transmission and looked at the mech pressures which I did with the engine on and not driving and I was getting about 53psi if i remember correctly (I should have done a vag log while driving)
Now I’m not sure what to check next or what to do next im in one mind to put a clutch and flywheel in and another mind to put a refurbished mech unit in or get it repaired.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
