Polo 6N2 1.4 Ahw Cold Start Problem - Badly Working

Hello, I have a 2001 model Polo with AHW engine code. This engine is 1.4 and 16V.

I start the vehicle. It runs normally for 15-20 seconds, but then the engine speed drops and the engine starts to shake. It does not eat gas during this time. After about 10 seconds of such bad operation, it returns to normal again.

The temperature sensor, oxygen sensor seem normal and there is no error.
