VW Polo 6R BCM upgrade and Auto lights retrofit

Hello!

After some absent time, I finally began the work for BCM upgrade (7E0937090), Cruise control, RLS, Auto Dimming rearview mirror and Auto lights retrofit

Yesterday I swapd the BCM for the 7E0 version and retrofited the Cruse control system, the diming mirror and the RLS.
The CC, RLS and mirror are all working great.

At this time, the only errors i get are these two on the BCM:
01516 — Terminal 30; Left
011 — Open Circuit

00927 — Terminal 30 (Right)
011 — Open Circuitt error


Tomorrow I will complete the Auto lights retrofit and rewire the fuse box and the BCM for new instalation and these two errors should be off!

I am taking notes to make the remaining wiring and connections but I have a doub on three connection points:
Wich pins on the T17 light switch connector should I connect the singned wires with "?"'

I finally finished all this mods and everithing is working great!

I had some doubts related to some wire connections but I finally figured it out and I was able to get everithing working as it should!

Hey,
I don’t know if this post is still active
But I just did the retro fit and build my own wiring loom and did the coding.
But the auto headlights won’t come on
Leaving home works when it’s dark so the sensor works but with the ignition on the auto function doesn’t work.
Any ideas?

I think I found it I didn’t check light assist in the bcm coding so auto lights work now
the only thing that doesn’t work right now is the high beams.
They work in flash mode when you pull the stalk towards you but not in the constantly on mode.
I already saw something on the internet about: Check 09, long coding, Byte 18, Bit 5: "Output high beam active"
I will look for that tomorrow and if that doesn’t solve the problem I will come back to you

Here is my full scan I can’t get the high beams to work flash works perfect so I don’t know what’s wrong the coding in byte 18 bit 5 only gives me an yellow light on my dash but doesn’t do anything my car has oem xenon

Doesn’t work sadly
I see you put bit 5 on but that only gives me a warning light on the dashboard
I previously with the old lightswitch coded cominghome when you pull the highbeam stalk I thought maybe that’s the problem but can’t get in the adaptation for that anymore probably because that lightswitch isn’t there anymore?

I found it!!
Had to check byte 23 bit 0 also: alternative voltage supply for highbeam
The only thing that doesn’t work is the homecoming lights if I put the ignition off the lights go of directly
But the high beams where priority
