Auto-locking disable/adjustable not working on Obd 11

Hi,I've used an OBD11 plug in to make the automatic locking after 15kmph either disabled or adjustable on my last 2 Polo R Lines.
The process is very straightforward:
Central Electrics
ZV Autolock
Active
Not Active
Adjustable
Make your selection,hold down the green check button and it's done..the option to turn automatic locking on or off now appears in the opening and closing menu on the infotainment system.
However I now have a 2024 R Line and the process no longer works..I'm now getting "something went wrong try again" but with no success.
I've tried with the hood open also but this makes no difference..the other 2 R Lines were 2021 and 2022.
Any ideas anyone?

My dealership have said they’ve disabled auto lock in update
Because of issues.
They also said it won’t be back !!
