Hey folks - I have a 15 plate Polo and I’m having intermittent issues with the windows.
Occasionally when it rains, both front windows go down and I end up with a soaking interior. Again, today when parked on the street it was very very misty so lots of moisture on the car and when I came back to the car both front windows were down.
This is obviously a worry because of getting my car soaked, but also because if I park it in a public street and it starts raining when I’m away my windows can just go down in public.
This isn’t an issue with me holding the button on my key so the windows go down, it happens when I’m away from the car.
Anyone else had similar issues or any idea on how I can fix the issue?
Cheers.
Polo’s windows go down in the rain.

Maybe 10 > 15 years ago, or more, this was an issue with the Skoda Fabia - ie basically the same car as Polo of that age, and, I think, it was down to water getting into the driver's door control module, so I'd think that it will be the same with your car although it does not currently seem to be a regularly reported issue.
Sorry for being so vague.
