With 💯 certainty I can say that MQBEvo/MQB 2020(SFD/SFD2) etc..have been cracked successfully. Hell lot of OEM retrofits have been done on these platforms. Unfortunately, I have no information about how it's done. You see when it comes to monetary loss, very less information flows out in public domain. 🤷‍♂️
I think you should also look towards east for help. 😁

2nd attempt for BSD installation

Used radars with index G

Some pictures from the installation, the same prosedure as the others radars.

The result (from the OBD11 perspective)

Because the radars are used, they are already encoded and can be seen here:

Next step, removing Component Protection... the most crucial step.

Today there was an attempt to remove the Component Protection on the BSD radars.

Error !!!!

It seems that this retrofit is never going to happen.

I'm disappointed.

It's a real shame after all the effort you've put into it. I really wanted you to achieve it through this new route.🤗
If you truly desire it, they force you to choose the most malicious and despicable path, whatever it may be...🤷‍♂️

I imagine that in the future (at least a decade from now...😄), when mid-range vehicles no longer exhibit this differentiating fascism due to varying levels of factory equipment, we won't have to put up with these anomalies. After all, they are safety devices for both the vehicle owner and, especially and democratically, for other drivers on the road.

Some claim not to be what they truly hide beneath their skin... fortunately or not, some of us have already been in the bowels of every possible hell.

You have to be careful where you get those used parts. It seems like you're having bad luck with every aspect of this retrofit.
Try to get your money back from that 'seller'. 🤐

The brand-new H-type radars I give you free while ago were direct from the factory, without intermediaries. 100% legal.
Try to hack them, ...if it's possible on the east side of the planet.🤷‍♂️

FAZ4990E is not good but not necessarily stolen, it can also mean the part has been swapped in repair process etc. Put it into trash and get brand new ones.
No one is hacking them due to their relatively cheap price.

Good to know!👍
I'm currently out of the loop on these matters, I only know, and will only know, what can be mentioned here.

Thank you very much for the information and your advice.
Those radars i bought from Allegro.pl . I will definitely return them to the seller or throw them away.

Fernado,
I honestly don't know how to thank you for what you've done so far and for this project of mine.
I don't know if I have the courage to continue with it. Now I'm very disappointed and I'll have the car for another year and a half. Then it will be returned to the leasing company it belongs to. I don't want to incur big expenses for this matter.
On the other hand I have a strong curiosity to proceed with the conversion, more because I want it to succeed and not anymore for its usefulness (which is undeniable)
I will definitely ask you again for advice on your proposal regarding the hacking process you suggested above.

3rd attempt
Another pair of used parts.
This time with "Product origin assurances for the purchase"

This time is going to be the last time, no matter the result.

Hello. It's been a long time since I've been on the forum due to personal issues. As these issues have been resolved, and the weather is getting better, I hope that I will return to this group more regularly.

Just to let you know that the project with the radars and lane change assistance was never completed. I have no intention of looking into it any further.
I will have the car for another year or so.
