Side repeaters Question ?

Am i going mad ?

1996 (N) Polo 1.0L

Bought some clear side repeaters off of ebay, when i tried to fit them, the bulb mounting on the back is completely different to std ones.

On the original ones, the bulb fitting bit is flush with the back of the repeater.

On the clear ones, the bulb fitting bit sort of sticks out ??

I have had a look on ebay, and all of the ones i can see are like this.

The company i bought them from are insistant they will fit too.

Any ideas ?

Ignore this message, the company I have bought them off of, have now admitted there are 2 different types, flat backed and Proged.

Looks like they sent the wrong ones.

Lets hope they are willing to do a swap.

Not sure, but I think those are for MKV (6N2/6NF)
