Hello ciclo,
I'm getting ready for xenon retrofit.
I saw that cars with Xenon OEM headlamps are made with 2.5 mm wires.
On cars with halogen the supply is made with 1 mm wires.
Should I supply headlights with 2.5 wires or will it not be a problem with 1 mm ones?
Can you give me some advice?

Yes, please always respect wire thickness in the wiring diagram.

Hello again guys,
Yesterday i retrofitted OEM xenon headlights. For now passive.
It seems everything work fine, except the flah.
Flash not work. Motor for high beam are heard but the bulbs do not light up.
CH work fine.
Any ideea?

Hmm... the wire reaching slot T73a/62 on the black BCM connector must be installed. (spliced to SB34
b) (erWin, elsawin)

I think you should take a look at the link below to find out what are all the lights on your bixenon headlights:

... and thus be able to affirm that they work correctly.

Hello guys,
Everything work very nice. Flash work corect now.
The coding delivered by the cycle made the DRLs work properly as well. I mention that they didn't work before.
The path of the BCM POLO is unsuspected,
