Are the £300 FK AK Coilovers damper height and damper adjustable? Also How come there so much cheaper than most other coilovers? Seem too good to be true.

i think the 300 quid ones are classed as Fk budget coil-overs, though this does not make these bad at all! they are just very competitive prices, though i think i did read somewhere that they arent rust-proof? (not anodised in other words) though you'd have to look at the description and the small print before purchasing them, they are indeed a bargain though for half of what i paid for mine!
and yes they are height adjustable and damper adjustable

If i do decide to get coilovers I will also get euro style alloys, most likely 14' or 15', so i would want the option on the coilovers to lower them as far as possible or do they all lower as far as you want?

Cheers
You may want to ask the dealer/seller beforehand. Since a year or so, KW welds a bit of metal on the thread to make sure you can't lower it too far. There is, of course, no such thing. It's also possible that this blocking bit of metal is only on the domestic versions, with the exports being exempt.

AFAIK, Germany passed legislation (or lesser-type rules) to make sure you can't lower your car beyond the limit set by the TüV. That meant companies were required to make sure consumers couldn't, hence the blockage.
