That has got to be the smartest lookin Gti engine bay i've seen. Extremely well put together and looks almost like it should do out of the Factory. 8)

I'd like to know how much time effort and cost it was though. Whatever it was though has definately paid off!

The time and effort (and cut knuckles and finger tips) that i,ve gone through to get it all clean and lookin just right is ALOT!!

But its worth it at the end of the day only need to get a red samco elbow and its done!!

well untill i find something else!

The oil cap is standard i normally have a forge alloy cap over it but i done th grub screw up to tight on the last cap and made it leak oil!! whoops so that only goes on for show now!!

P.s how do i do a sound clip?? sorry im from essex!!

You need the filter for the Lupo GTi.

Plus the:

SAC09070 - Rubber Connector - 90 degree bend pipe, goes between the filter and the throttle body

SA16 - 40 Crankcase breather - or other appropriate breather, as required for the MOT I believe.

This thread, couple of years old, http://www.tigerstyle.co.uk/poloforum/v ... php?t=1247 is a pretty good guide to it all. Pics still worked last time I looked.

Larkspeed has all the required stuff, though you could most likely find it cheaper elsewhere http://www.larkspeed.com/index.pl?c=BMC

The sound is great. Just sounds like normal wen driving round sensibly, but once you floor it and the revs get up it roars.

Yup im planning on getting some stainless tubing made up and putting the engine cover back on. Also need to get a breather filter thingy on there.

Is that 70mm Samco tubing you've used to connect the SS tube to the filter Moynas?
