well ive been listening this morning at work and we didnt have any oxygens hooked up but i did listen to lots and lots of focals and they dont sound bad
now ive been thinking about the tweeter arangement like karl suggested but i have the passenger dasjh airbag and i doubt many passenges would like a set of tweeters getting forced down their throat in an accident so ive come up with an alternative mounting... on each front door there is a mirror backing plate that i think i can modify to take 3 or 4 tweeters per side and then build some custom door builds for 16 and 10 cm mids then hide an amp in the boot inder the planned sub install and i think that might be able to surpass pain with actual injury  can any one see any obvious flaws with this idea?

Well...

I really don't see the need for more than one tweeter on each side. If they're drowned out by the bass, why not feed the tweeters with more power?

I've never seen an SQL vehicle with more than one pair of tweeters.

Yeah you're probably right- it looks pretty trick to have lots of gear.

You wont have access to the amp if you ever need it - and being under the sub box means the wires will probably come loose.

its not fun! amps under the passenger seat would be good - not as far for the power cable to travel - so less interference and a stronger current (less resistance from shorter wire)

Now this is a home system, I'd never dream of spending this amount of money on ICE but from experience you pay for sound quality. Listen to as many amps as you can before you commit.

every considered a career in Product Development?

You seem to have this un-nerving nack of pushing the envelope so far it buys its own stamp.

Seriously, if a product came 'Ash Approved' i would shell out the asking price
