If the signal is clean, that sub would be capable twice the rated power.
I know of someone giving his 800wrms ported.
He says he thinks it'd take another 400wrms if sealed.
Trying to talk the girlfriend into letting me buy for for the family car lol.

You could be a proper gent and put everything in the boot for her, she'll be none the wiser then, until you turn the volume nob.

Couple of pics, just to show how big these things really are!
Ignore the look of the door card, as I say its only temperary, as I needed a sealed pod, untill I can strenthen the door alittle more.
There was quite a bit of flex in the inner panel when I tried them vented.

They look very tasty, swaying me towards them ever more as opposed to the RE comps. Hmmm just need about £1250 now for the Sub, Amp and Comps well and another £150-£250 for an amp to power them little beasts.

Dont get me wrong mate.
The RE comps are out of this world.
My mate fitted these to his Lupo, with no extra work other than a MDF baffle needed.
They sound fantastic.
Id say just as good as the xxx do.
But.
The XXX are a litttle bit more impressive.
And wen spending that sort of money, I dont like to think
"I wish Id bought..."
