the top speed and rolling radis thing is actually because the further you get ferom a rotating point the more torque you need to create the same acceleration but if you go up a size in tyre then drop some height off the side wall
but remember that a wider tyre has more rolling resistance too
oh and btw its dump valves that go pssst suspension temds to be pretty silent, compared to the crunches when your too low
