I havent got the game yet,,, will have to wait till 2moro.

Im pretty sure they'll be unlocked in the earlier stages of the game

No polos sold in usa that i know of. Good point!

I went in search to find out if there are neons... and looking at loads of screen shots I dont see any neons.
