Is this what you mean? I bought the car like this and oddly the grille wasn't standard. Appears to a Kamei-type and has a fat VW badge in the middle of it. Looks OK to me...(sorry I haven't got a close up - I'm without a digital camera at the minute, this is an oldie)
Debadged grilles can look pretty cool and all, but aren't we proud to be driving dubs? Big shiny badges...

Well, cheers! I wasn't too sure at first, but I'm pretty sold on it now. Still like the standard/black badge combo though...

ye thats for the facelift gti which has one as standard. but that guy with the green polo wit kami n polo badge it looks great! my mate shouted at me for gettin a debadged grill lol. i'll try n make that kami/VW grill this w/e. bet i'll put it on skwiff lol
