Oh what a great time me and Grum had to night ,driving the south side trying to find the meeting . In Future i wont bother going to any more glasgow meets again , so i will stick to the scottishvag meet from now on , at least they know how to run a meet

Like stuart_hatch says, we turned up at 6 waited a bit but no-one showed' drove round the block and came back, waited again. Then went to get food and came back. Eventually gave up and went into town to watch the superbowl.... which... turned out to be just as s**t as the meet.

Ease up a bit mate. This was only the second ever proposed meet. The Scottish Uk-Polos scene is tiny when compared to a site like ScottishVag and it's the middle of winter.

This was the first meet:

And it was damn successful.

Del the polo site has been running long than svag club, what is getting to me is the fact that Grum made the effect to come down from fife for nothing apart from having a chat with me and paddy

The people you arranaged this meet should have delete the post in the first place instaed of leaving it active if they known it wasn't going to happen

Yeah, agreed but svag has over 600 Scottish members. Look how long it took for us to arrange the first meet.

Fair play to Grum for making the effort to travel to the meet, to be honest though i'd have checked the post earlier in the afternoon to make sure it was still happening.

There hadn't been much activity of people confirming they were going or contributing to the arrangements. Yourself included.
