a bit odd that it got through DVLAs censors... and that it was on such a distinctly middle england, conservative type vehicle.
i mean it was the same model and colour as my uncle drives (the one who just bought poppy, & gave me a lift back in the renault)... though not the exact same obviously. think i would have spotted that.
maybe it's a ruse to deter road ragers, tailgaters, and people overtaking where it's not possible to leave a very wide berth
