ok what the hell is a splitter 
the front plastic bumper extension on the front end of the car, sometimes called a diffusor aswell.

The GTi splitter is fairly easy to fit, just more fiddly and annoying. And as for posts on fitting one, heres a couple:Weedle wrote:Right i have had a search and short of looking thru everyone i cant find any on fitting the splitter !!
