I got my orbital polisher out on my mates cosmic black vr6 and buffed out his marks on his splitter (hit a kerb and it looked nasty) i used g3 compound
Then i used some megs 80 and 83 worked really well! im sure with the right compound/polish it'll hide well
Go to www.detailingworld.co.uk and ask the experts they'll give you some tips not sayin they will go completely but its worth the ask!!

I should be going to Pod too - I'll take a look at it if you want as i have a polishes and compounds along with a porter cable polisher, may have seen me posting on detailingworld.co.uk if you checked it out.
When you say you filled it with black gloss - do you mean the touch up paint or normal paint? Sounds stupid question but just not sure about the way you worded it.
