Right as it stands the list from UK-MKIVS is
jrw - 2 tents (2man, 6man), 5 people, 2-3cars 2nights
red-jeffers
Andrew - 1 tent, 2people, 2nights
AnniGTI
N15CKO - 1 tent, 2 people.
MikeTDI - 1 tent, 2 people, 2 nights
VWTAM - 1 tent, 2 people, 2 nights
nosja - 1 tent, 4 people, 1 night
BlueV5 - 1 tent, 1 person, 2 nights
mattp1983 - 2 tents, 2 nights
J111ASE - 1 tent, 2nights, 1 Person
Whereas all we have got from here is
Gra-GT/jrw: 2 tents, 5 people, 2 cars
Spikey G40: ???
Dino - 1 tent 1 person 1 car
Tom
So is it a 2 day thing on Saturday and Sunday - never been before???

Just to confirm Gra, with it being £3.50 is that per person?
So if I bought 2 others with me meaning there'd be 3 of us it would be £10.50?
And is that all of us from this site you, Dino, Doug and me?

It is £3.50
per tent, per night, so as long as you are staying in the same tent, thats all you pay. So £7.00 if you stay for the Friday and Saturday nights.
Yeah it seems that is all that is coming from the POLO side. Not had much interest from people on here. There's a fair few coming from MKIVs though.

Right, sorry mate I was being a bit stupid when I asked that.
It didn't sink in that it's 2 nights so 2 x £3.50

Right then Guys and Girls...
I've spoken to the Farm where the camping is and no deposits or anything are required. I've booked space for 10+ tents and she is going to clear a space on another part of the site so we can all camp together and be away from the tourers (if there are any (there is a steam rally the same weekend)).
So basically I said we would start getting there from lunchtime on the Friday which she said was fine. It will be
£2.50 per tent per night if you have a small tent (smaller than a caravan footprint) which is what most of you will have I presume (except for my 8 berth!LOL).
Please let me know if you are still coming so I can send you a map and a phone number for me and manor farm.
Any questions, fire away!

Oh that's poor effort Ben! Takes about an hour tops to get there, probably less time than it took to get to the old venue. I'd offer to convoy up but I'll be going there from Reading, but you should go, you know it's a good day.. and your car is a hell of a lot nearer show quality than mine at the moment
