Yeah, wasnt thinking of front lexus.. only rear with the blacked out background and angle-eyes for up front... anyways.. dont think they will fit.. after reading a bit it would seem that our(South Africa) Polo of that era is actually a rebranded SEAT. The question now is which parts will fit it
?

G'day mate nice to see another SANZA on the forum.Dont get many classics here. Sounds like you have the same probs as me regarding mods.Have a look at this ozzy site called CARSHINE.au.send them an e mail with your question and they usually reply within a day. they specialise in euro stuff inc vw and seat.their prices aint bad either.
