1.6 Sport - 400 miles on 41 litres, which I think is 44mpg (still running in)

Ha ha, looking back at this thread the FSI is rubbish on fuel for a quoted 47MPG combined car. Same size tank as the GTI though I only get 20 miles less for an extra 39bhp!
