i think that the guy who posted this thread was at fault...so he wont be able to claim for personal injuries...because a person can only claim if they were not responsible for the accident...

For it to be rear end damage though he'd have had to have reversed in to something surely.

If not, then in the eyes of the insurance it's they other parties fault.
