no worries fella...like i said there will be clearance issues,but only very minor ones and definitley no need to be rolling arches.I think a big part is getting right offsets and tyres to avoid scrubbage.

as said above im down 60mm on the 17s rich had......... no worries at all 2bh yeah full lock buts thats inevatable with a wheel thats 3 inches bigger than intended and 50mm wider..... but yeah no probs with 40mm i would predict...

a bit high i know buts its going way down on something polished thats all im saying........

Nice! You guys know what ur talking about! I'm running on Wolfraces (correct offset) and Falkens with......dunno the word for it....slightly convex tyre walls. So hopefully if i drop it 40mm there shouldn't be huge amounts of rubbing!
I'm spending far too much modding my car........

Falken ZE512..There what are on the 17s i had,and the tyrewalls slope in to gain some more clearance,,great all round tyres imo..Better than mud/snow cr@p im running atm.
