definatly your pedal box, mine done the exact same thing, could bearly get it into gear, crunchy gears and creaky clutch pedal. got mine replaced under waranty, apparently theres a 7 or 8 year warranty on pedal boxs.

Got it back today and wat a difference to the clutch its made. Still h8 a few things abt the polos but its less and less nw
