Other places i've thought of is:
Rother Valley Country Park
Clumber Park
Meadowhall Shopping Centre (over flow carpark)
All suggestions welcome!
Is the Seat meet at the old post office pub??? If so i'd go for that as they do some great grub there.
Cheers
Dave.

Yeah, thats the place. Not a member of Seatcupra.net though so can't post up to see if we're aloud to tag along!

We've had quite a few Briskoda meets there in the past and have been there when other groups have turned up for unconnected meets. It's a bigish car park so would have thought there'd be room enough for both sets of cars..... Unless there bringing loads etc....

I've just had a look on seatcupra.net and it looks like they have about 10 people attending their meet at the Old Post Office..... I would say there should be enough space in the car park for both lots of people if it's decided to go for this venue.
It is very easy to find as it's only about 100yds from the M1 junction 38.
Cheers

There is also a chance that i'll bring another Briskodian in either his Fabia vRS or his Octavia II vRS as we were on about going to the Post Office for some grub anyways. He's also an ex Lupo GTi chap.

And if anyone wants to convoy from junction 26 area up to the meet, then that would be cool for me. 12 Junctions does sound fairly far!
Could meet up with the Sheffield folke somewhere off 33 or something? I dont know?

We're in Chapeltown which is junc 35 so we'd be up to meet you at 35..... Just had a word with that mate of mine and he should be coming along. So that's 2 cars we'll be bringing from Chap.
Any idea what time we're looking at???? If it's later in the afternoon we'll probably already be there as we're going up for some lunch etc.....
My first ever car meet was a uk-polos meet in 2006 @ Hillsboro park...... And i was in my vRS then as it'd just been delivered the day before!!!!!
Cheers

Chris: Will be really nice to see the Ibiza but i'll be happier to go slower and let people see my beautiful pride and joy!!!
As for time, i reckon around 1pm, but i'd be happy with whatever time!
I'll just have a decision to make as to wether to get tyres fitted to my newly refurbed wheels ready for the meet, or keep them ready for summer sunshine!

Lol nah we'll cruise in a 20vt convoy mate.
I reckon you should save them wheels for summer? Its up to you how bothered you are though i guess?
