oki doki
i went to the brokers yard and got myself a nice window for a tenner
took most of the glass out of the door, after about 5 years of hoovering, and im just waiting for my dad to bring my socket set back.
ill post all the pics up when im done

ok this is the only piece of adive i can give you for changing your windows,
get some profesional to do it
its the most ridiculous thig ever
i hate my car
i hate my life
got the glass in, got it straight (after about 2 hours of messing around)
now it justs leaks and the weather isnt very nice at all
i wasted all that time, and money, and i had my mate from halfords help
get someone to do it for you, its ridculously hard

There should be a plastic sheet that's stuck to the door, make sure it isn't leaking through this. Best way to check is to take the trim off the door, climb in (maybe with the driver seat out), close the door and have someone else pour water over the door.
Oh, and have some rags handy to soak it up with

ther was like a rubber sheet atached to the door, but i had to take that off to get to the glass
but there was a bit of plastic sheeting attached to the door handle, ripped that away tho
i dont get where you mean

The plastic sheeting mate. Same size as the inside of the door and stuck around the edge of the metal frame.
